H1B stamp on passport expired didn't took renewed one on passport

Scenario:
I was with employer A then i joined with B
Employer B transferred by H1B on his name.

Then for some urgent reasons I came back to India(its almost 1.5yr back) and didn't took the new one stamped on my passport (which is valid till Jan-2010).

The stamp on my passport is still of employer A and it got expired in sep-08.

Now I have the visa documents of employer B which is valid till Jan-2010.
The employer B has changed his name to X.
Company A was acquired by company Y and they changed the name of A to Y.

Currently I am working with employer C in India

Question:

1) Is my visa valid?
2) If yes; then can employer C transfer it on his name?
3) To transfer on C, do I need to get the stamp of employer B’s visa on my passport?

2) If yes; then can employer C transfer it on his name?

---- You have a H1 from employer B. Do you intend to join them or wing it away. Company C can transfer the H1 provided they have employment suitable to your skills and qualifications as defined by them

3) To transfer on C, do I need to get the stamp of employer B’s visa on my passport?

---- As above there is no need, but do you intend joining them and that seems to be your internal intention
