h1b stamped few months back but employer postponed the joining date

hi!
my visa got stamped in mid sep last yr. I was supposed to take my employment in nov but i delayed my joining till feb 2009,to which my employer had agreed,but now when i was all set to join in feb, my employer informed me that my next joining date would be june 1st week.
I had posted my query here in the forum last yr when i was contemplating to postpone my joining date, i have been informed that it is not going to be a problem at the poe if i have a current letter from the employer indicating the fresh start date.

Now my query is

1.Since I would be joining after 8.5 months[that's a pretty long time] from the date of visa stamping will it create any problem at the poe ?

2. To avoid any problems at the poe what documents do I need to have , apart from the fresh employment letter from my employer.?

Plz share yr knowlege n experience.
