Currently i am on L2 and working on EAD as a full time employee. my company will be applying for H1 this year..so my Question is
#1) IN CASE IF my H1 gets approved(COS) by May/June '2009 period, can we stay without status till Oct-01 st as h1 will be effective from that date.
My problem is my husband's project is going to end by June'2009, and by that time we may have to go to india , so i will be loosing L2 status as well.
Please advise.
FYI, My husband is also having H1 approval papers(NOT COS) from last year, but still working on L1
