Hi All,
I terminated by my present employer A on 12/29/2008(my last day), I want keep a H1 status so I transfered my H1 to one company called B and notice date is 12/29/2008.
Now My question is can I transfer my H1 to another company C,because I am getting some fulltime offers.
If Yes then what I need to give to new Employer(C),is H1 copy of A or Receipt Notice copy of B.My last paystub is on 1/09/2009 for period ending 12/29/2008.
Please advise,Because of time( 2weeks notice) I transfered my H1 to B,but Now I am getting good fulltime offers.
