H1b Transfer to New Employeer "B" - can i still continue to work with Company "A"

Hi Friends

I need your help and guidence for my case.

I have H1B with Company A and visa stamping is valid for next 1 1/2, Now Company B(Reputed Organization) is ready to apply for Visa Transfer in premium processing.

1. My question would be after my H1b Transfer to company B is approved can i still work with company A and not joining company B.
can you please let me know what are all the problems if i dont join company B or suppose if company A comes to know about this.

2.If i don't join Company B, would they ask processing fee or is there any legel action can they take

Therefore, you can work for company A as long as their H1B is valid.
