I have bee with this employer A from Last 1 year. Three months back they cut down my hours from 80 to 72 biweekly. An ammendment was never filed. I was told that is not required since I am still full time by DOL definition of full time. The last 3 months pay slips I have, show beind paid more that 71.45 hours, including paid vacaations and holidays. I have found another employer who will file for my H-1B transfer and I plant to continue with my prior employer till that goes through. I paln to go for premium process. Would you consider safe filing for the transfer. I have had mixed information on full time work staus .
