H1 Transfer

Hi,

I have valid H1 visa till September 2010.I have not traveled with that H1 till now.Currently iam in India.

Recently i have joined in a new company and these new employer is telling that they do H1 transfer. Is it possible to transfer the H1 while in India without at least travel once to USA? Please let me know ..
