Getting H1B Stamped in Buenos Aires

Hi,

I applied my H1B from India and I got the approval last month. Currently I am in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Can I get my Visa stamped from Buenos Aires US Consulate. Is there is any problem in Doing So?
