    h1 renewal

    Well, my H1b is going to expire on 5July2009, and I can repcature another 1.5yrs as extension/maybe 3yrs since I have i140 approved. Please let me know is there time period which I need to apply for H1B renewal, like within 6months from the expiry of current H1B?
