I terminated my ex-employer in feb2008.
I just disappeared after that, took another h1 sponsorer, ew employment etc.
What do i do about the W2 forms stating income n tax paid for those 3 months???

Your employer has to mail it to the last known address on file with them. You can contact them and provide your latest address for the W2.
