OK if Boss-B files H-1B same day I enter US on Boss-A's H-1B VISA?

is it O.K. to have Boss-B MAIL H-1B ("transfer") petition the same day I re-enter US on Boss-A H-1B VISA?

What is the Boss deal? You are not supposed to enter with an intention to not work for an employer in the first place.

It may or may not go through. At the least, it is risky.

I intend to work for both Employer A & B

I intend to resume working for Employer-A and (while still working for Employer-A) begin working for B as soon as USCIS receives Employer-B's petition.

Would that be ok then?
Please, let me know if what I intend to do is right.

Then they have to amend the H1b to be filed as a concurrent work petition. How many hours a day do you have? This ain't burger flipping to be working 16 hrs a day!
