Hi,
I used to work for Employeer A then i changed to Employeer B(I worked for Employeer B for 1 year). After 1 year i left Employeer A,i'm planning to go back to him.
Employeer A haven't revoked my H1B(He is my relative) . Now my questions are
1) Is there anything that I and Employeer A as to do ?
2) I heard that the employer must inform USCIS after an employee left the company , in that case do me or Employeer A will have any issues with USCIS as i'm rejoining them after 1 year as he didn't inform USCIS them to revoke my H1B in this past 1 year ?
3)Can my Employeer A say that they haven't revoked my H1B as i would join them in future?
4)Also with in how many days/Month the Employeer has to inform USCIS to revoke some ones H1 as he left the company?
