Hi,
I am having a H1 visa from a consultant company A which is valid till 2010. I am currently in India and want to delay my going to US for a few more months because of the current situation there.
My concern is that if I delay my entry to US, will I have a problem during the Port of Entry as I might be questioned as to why it took me so long to come to US when I had a job offer so many months back. They could also doubt if the job offer is still valid after so many months.
Kindly advise if such a situation could occur and if anybody has faced a problem because of this.
