Travel on H1B after Transfer without Visa Stamping?

I recently got my H1B transferred from one company to another and got my I129. I would be traveling to India in the month of April for 2 weeks.

Do I need to get my new Company Visa stamped in my passport when I am returning back ? In my passport, I have the visa stamping from previous company and it is valid till Nov-2010.
