H1 transfer while COS is in process

Hi

I did leapfrog and came back on L1 on Oct 2008. In Month of Jan 2009 my H1 employer A filed for COS in normal processing, its under process and I got new receipt number also.

Now my problem is, I dont want to join my H1 employer A as I am getting better oppurunity from other employer B. Employer B is ready to transfer my H1, to trnasfer my H1 to employer B withiut any problem what process I have to do. Or this is not possibble?

No special process as long as the COS has not been approved. Your new employer can file a H1b with a COS. But if COS A gets approved first, you need to work for A. If you want to work for B, they need to have their COS approved first. SO go with PP on B.
