H1B Transfer and Extension!!!!!!

Hi all,

My initial H1B from company A expires on OCT 31 2009, I am planning to transfer to company B. Do I have ti apply for extension also at the same time or will USCIS will automatically extend my H1B along with transfer approval.

If I have to apply for extension then can I will apply for both transfer and extension together(extension 6 months before expiring)?

Transfer will take care of extension based on the LCA submitted by the company and how long they wish to employ you.
