Strange H1 Transfer Case

My employer applied for the H1 transfer showing an internal project. Now, I am working for a client and have got a RFE on H1 transfer.

Employer says he can't show the client project contract as he initially showed an in-house project. Please advice how to handle this situation.

A good attorney can handle this RFE with a change in job circumstances. Projects do get canned once in a while. I think your employer is scared about his own safety as USCIS may audit his company if he changes the story now. Your employer also has possibly lied under oath.
