    H1 extension denied

    Hi,

    My H1B transfer was approved, but extension was denied , when filed through another company. Bacause of the pay stubs, missing for 2 months.
    Whats are my options.

    Consular processing. You should stop work and go out immediately. If you have a valid visa, travel and return with new approval.
