My I94 is attached to my H1B petition and is with my employer and he is not ready to give it to me.
I am filing WH4 complaint with DOL.
I have old I-94 from previous L2 status and copy of another I-94 from earlier employer.
I am planning to go to India in next week.
I am not stamping H1B, I have L2 visa and may come back later.
Would I have a problem when I come back?
What are my options for getting the I-94 back?
