AOS & Birth Certificate

Dear Members,

I have a question.

1. My name in the passport and birth certificate do not exactly match. In the birth certificate, my surname is missing.

2.In my birth certificate , in the birth place column,it is mentioned as a part of the town(for eg. if my birth place is NY, it is mentioned as 33rd street). Of course , the BC is issued by the Town Corporation under its seal.

however in the passport , it is the name of that town(eg. NY in the above case) is entered.

Will this create any problems when I go for AOS?

What should I do to to avoid any problems in the future?

Please advise.

I have just moved to New Jersey and I am trying to find an employer who can fill my papers for H1B visa. Can anyone tell me some tips? Where should I find them?

I am from Banking Sector. I am looking for employers in NJ/NY.

I appreciate any help you would provide in this matter.

I have recently moved to this country on H4 visa status and I am too looking for an employer who can help sponsor my H1B visa. I am from banking profile, previously worked as Credit Analyst/Loan Officer roles. Do you have names and contact numbers for such consultants? Any help would be much appreciated.
