H1 B transfers in current recession period

I am currently holding H1B from 1 company. I am currently on bench. I have now got a job through some other consultant and they want to transfer my H1. I wanted to know if there would be any issues (rejections) in H1 B transfers due to current recession going on.

You need not worry if you were in status all the time ie getting paid all the time.

If you did not get paid, complain to DOL on a WH4. If not, your transfer will not go through.

Thanks. Does my current H1 get affected by any means if the H1b transfer gets rejected due to some reason?
