7th year on H1B - options

Hi,
I am on my 7th year on my H1B visa and my employer had filed for Labor, but is in audit for almost 2 years now. I am still employed but anything can happen in this economy. Can anyone tell me what my options are if my employer lets me go. Please advise.

No options as far as H1b goes.
