  • I-94 (Forgot to Return)

I am on H1-B and a frequenct business traveller. Recently i left the country for 10 days. I forgot to return my I-94 card at the airport. So to avoid any confusion at port of entry on my return i removed the I-94 from my passport and kept it aside. I was issued a new I-94 then.
Now i still have the old I-94 with me. What should i do with it.
Should i post it to ACS - USCIS, SBU, P.O Box 7125 London KY 40742-7125 USA.

Or, since i am already back with a new I-94 and i should not bother about it.

Thanks a lot for your help.

You should return it following the right procedure. If not, it will show up as overstay.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
