I am here in H1 and planning to apply h1 for my wife. She is in H4.
We are going on vacation in April for three weeks and will come back on 1st week of may..
She has submitted her current I94[which expire in jun 2009] for the H1 processing.Now that we are going to India her I94 will change.
1. what will be problem if she gets a H1?
2. Can we submit/inform the USCIS anyways of the new I94 as soon as we reach here USA from India?
