    H1 stamping in mexico

    Hello
    I live 3 hours away from the US consultant in Tijuana, Mexico.
    One of my friends told me that it doesn't require a Mexican entry visa to get there. is that correct?
    also, is it a wise decision to go for stamping in this bad economy ( possible of rejection)?
