Entering US on a 12 days valid vis

I am in my 6th year of H1B visa, waiting for my LC. Now I have to travel to India and have
to come back just 12 days before my H1B is expiring. Would there is be a problem entering US on a 12 days valid H1B visa?

---- There is no issue as long as you have a valid visa. However, you have to file your application to extend your H1 either now or soon after coming. Either way it is always better to be in the US till the extension process is complete

---- Extension also depends on how long your LC has been pending
