      Hi,

      I have completed my 6years in US from 2002 to 2008. My I140 filed and denied,mean while for status maintenance B1 filed and that also denied. as a result of it i left the country on Oct 29th'2008.Now i am eligible to apply for H1B in FY2010 or not. Please clarify me ASAP.
