H1 B stamping - No experience Certificate

Hi,

I am currently working in US on L-2 and have my h1 B stamping in Chennai on April 09. My first employer for whom I worked for 4 years did not give me an experience certificate.

A.) Do they usually ask for documents for Employment history, Experience and skills ?
B.) What other documents can we show for this ?

Carry your paystubs, W2 etc.

I have W2, Offer letter and pay stubs of present company, but do not have anything related to my previous company i worked for 4 years.

Carry those for all of your period of presence in US.
