Is H1 Transfer possible when H4 for spouse is applied?

Hi,

I am currently working with Company A on H1B.

I recently applied for my wife's H4 (from her H1B) status on the basis of my H1 with Company A. My H1B 6 years term expires September 2010.

Now, if I change my job and get an H1 transfer to Company B, while her H4 is still in process based on my H1 with Company A (they say it may take 4 months), would that be a problem?
