Hi ,
I hold a valid H1 (Stamped) with Employer A (a US company) and iam currently in india .Now Employer B (Current Employer ) want me to transfer it to their name .Looking at the FAQ i hope i can transfer my H1 To employer B being in india with the copy of the petition .But my Question is
1.If i transfer to employer B is it posible for me to travel to US to work for Employer A in case if my current empoyer B is not sending me to US .
2.if i travle to US for Employer B on short term say 1 month is it possible for me to Transfer to another employer in india after returning to india ? or can i go US to work for employer A as if no transfer happened>
