H4 Port of entry

Hello All,

Thanks to all of you for you previous support.

This time i have some doubt related to H4 port of entry, my wife is coming to US next week to EWR, NJ.

On the port of entry
1.) did they need any document other than her passport and my I-797 during entry to USA for immigration? Any particular doc. that they could ask for?

2.) Do I need any type of support or any doc. from my employer for her?

In advance I appreciate for your help.

If you are worried, let her carry your recent paystubs and last 2-3 W2s.

OK.. here is the deal .. I have last 2yrs W2s. Thats ok. But i was on bench from last 3 months .. recently i got project before 3 weeks .. so i will have only one latest pay stub, not many. Thats what my worry is ...!!

Any suggestion...??

Your deal is: you were out of status all the time you were on bench. It is not sure that she will be asked for these documents, but if asked I dont know what to advise you.
