H-1 full time to H-1 part time

Due to halth issues my wife wishes to go part time .she is presently on full time h-1b.if the employer agrees ,can she do it by filing an ammended petetion.
Would there be a issue later when she has to start working full time again.

Employer has to file amendment now and later, whenever there is a change. There is no particular issue if the employer and the job are legitimate.
