H1 to H4 --> Salary Slips..

Hi,
I have a question. I am planning to convert my h1b to h4. So, my question is:

(1) During h4, if after 3 months, I am getting a project, then can I ask to my current employer X or to some another consultant Y to file h1 again with that project's client letter or do I need to wait till next April?

(2) If answere to my above question is yes, means if it is possible, then at that time, if I am filing my h1 with some another employer Y, then do I need to get atleast 2 paystubs from my current employer X - before converting my h1 to h4?

1. Read FAQ.
2. For any status changes inside US, you need to prove your current status. If it is H1b to something else, you need paystubs. If it is H4 to something, you need the spouse's paystubs.
