H1B Extension

Hi All,

I have a quick question. My employer has submitted for H1B extension on May 8th and they acknowledged the same with an EAC number. But when I keyed in the same in www.uscis.gov an error message is thrown as shown below.

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

Can you please let me know the reason for this.

they have their own database problems, it happens. Don't worry, call the number.

Make sure that you are entering without hyphens ('-').

My application date is apr 28, notice date is may 7th. me too getting same message on status check. even if you call their toll free number, it gives the same message as shown on internet.
