H1B denied & Urgent help needed for options

Hi Senior members,
I have checked the case status online and according to the USCIS site,My H1B got denied on May 30 .

Please advice on the below ,

1. possible options for H4 (Dependent on spouse's H1B )COS .


2.What is the maximum time that I can stay here (U.S) or to apply for COS?


3.If I applied for COS from here ,Is there any problem if I leave U.S in the middle COS process?If so,Please provide.

I have few more concerns.Please advice..

According to site my H1 got denied on May 30th but we have not received any letter from USCIS.

My concern is,

1. Is it ok if I apply COS once I get the letter?


2. I heard from my friend that we have to wait for the letter and we need to appeal again with I-290A or B and then we have to apply for the COS for better possibility to get H4 approval with I-94 .

Is this true?



3.I also heard that we cannot leave U.S while COS application is pending.

Is this true?
