H1/H4 Stamping from Canada

Hi,

My visa stamp on passport is going to expire on 30th Sep 2009. I got approval for my H1b transfer from INS and it is valid upto May 2011. I would like to get visa stamp in canada next month. Please inform whether US embassies in Canada will process H1b visa extension cases of Indians.
