GC Concerns - H1 Transfer

Hi,

My GC priority date is Nov 2006 with I 140 approved and I 485 pending since Aug 2007. I am still using my H1 visa as I got married recently and my wife is on H4.

1. Now I want to switch my job on H1 without affecting my GC process? Do I need to do anything to get the GC process transferred to new employer?

2. Does my current employer has any authority to revoke the GC process? Infact, he is threatening me on this. In future if some RFE is raised then it will come to my Current Employer or the new employer.

3. If I change my job now then can I add my wife's application when the date gets current.

4. Is there any specific notice period to be served that should be OK legally in future.

1. Look into AC21 and read about it.
2. No. They can revoke the 140 but that should not impact the GC if you use AC21 and find same/similar job as GC labor.
3. Yes. AC21 usage again.
4. Nothing as long as GC has been pending for 180 days.
