URGENT: Different names on valid Visa(stamped on old passport) and New Passport

It's all fine. No need for another visa. But carry and show both passports and marriage certificate, when asked.

Hi All
My sister got a valid H-4 visa on her passport. She had to get the surname of her husband added to her passport so she got a new passport issued. Her old passport was cancelled(she still possess it though).

Now her Valid visa on cancelled passport has her name as xxx but her new passport has xxx bhullar.

My question is will she face a problem at airports(Indian and US) due to that and if she will what should be procedure to get that corrected.

VFS-Jallandhar said that it is not required but VFS -DELHI said she will have to purchase a new HDFC receipt and schedule a new interview .Does that mean that its a new visa interview for her?

What are my options?
Can i go for correction or i have to get a new visa date? She has to travel on 1st so i will not have much time for scheduling visa interview.
