Hi,
Has anybody in the same boat? I had my previous H1b stamping in Canada and now planning to go for renewal in Tijuana, Mexico.
I read in the Mexico website that "Applicants who obtained their current visa in a country other than that of their legal residence."
Not sure about it. If anybody has done similar kind of thing. US was my legal residence when I went to Canada for stamping. not sure whether I am intepreting it correctly.
Do let me know the views.
