H4 visa appointmen

Hi Everybody,

I was taking H4 interview date for my wife . I filled DC 156 and DC 157. But it also gave me a third option of

- Petition Details
And that section says

Petition Details from Form I-797

Principle Applicant’s Name:*
Petition Receipt Number:*
Petitioner Name:*
Petition Expiration Date:*
Principle Applicant's Visa Class:*

So i wanted to ask , will all my details go in these questions ?? As obvisouly I797 wont be applicable for my wife.

Hi Kamlesh,

You are right.
You have to fill your DETAILS from I-797 in the Website- As you are the primary/principle applicant for H4
