Is there any problem at Immigriation check at US Airport

Hi All,

I got visa on 6th Feb 2008 in the 2007 H1B Quota, My visa validity is upto 20th Sep 2010, I havent visisted USA till now, I am planning to go US In jan 2010, My question: Is there any problem at Immigriation check(Port of Entry) at US Airport. Please tell me the chances to get the job(SAP-ABAP) in US and how the situation in US market now a days.

Immigration law assumes that if you are entering US on h1b means you have a Job ready in hand and you will get paid as soon as you starts working.

Once you enter in US you should start working immediately and get paid regularly no exceptions (project or not). If you fail to do so you will fall out of status.
