H1 Extension - RFAE
Hi Seniors,
My employer has filed for my H1 extension and the status shows as 'Requested for Additional Evidence Sent'. Did anyone got the query document with the similar status, if so please let me know the details of the query.
I am not confident that my employer is in a position to reply back to the query...
as he asked to find if someone is willing to transfer my H1.
I would like to know whether i can go ahead and apply for a transfer to a different company while my current petition is under processing and can i apply for transfer from 2 or more companies at the same time.
