Hi

I have changed my employer and have file H1 Transfer but that is still in process, i have 1 Question how can i find out wether my Previos employer have revoked my Visa or not.

as i dont have good relation with him but want to conform if he have cancel my H1

--Employer can revoke petition not Visa. Visa remains valid until its expiry.
Only employer can tell you if petition is revoked or not.

--It takes time to get petition revoked upon revocation request. Its not USCIS policy but just the timeline.
--You can upgrade to premium processing for current transfer. BTW it does not guarantee approval but you will know the result in 15 days.
