  • L1 to H1 B Transfer.

I am working for indian MNC on L1b individual. I would like to apply for a fresh H1B. i contacted one employeer, he told me like many of the applications rejected because of the client letter. He is telling chances of rejection is higher(almost 90%) now a days. Could you please suggest me whether i should go for or withdraw from appling this year?

--It is not clear from your post whether you want to apply for a h1b or withdraw applied h1b.
--In fact, if your employer is genuine then this is a good chance of getting h1b as quota is still open.
--chances of rejection is 100% if USCIS feels that your employer does not have any project and he cannot provide an employment to h1b beneficiary.
