H1B Employee - Parents Sponsorship

Hello all

i have a question regarding sponsoring my Mother-in-Law for my Wife's Delivery in US. i am getting little under 4k after all the taxes and benefits.

so if my take home is less than 4k and i show 5000 in bank account, would that be sufficient to sponsor some one from india?
