Hi Guru's,

Today me and my spouse had attended interview at the hyderabad embassy for our H1/H4 visa renewal and we were given Blue handout with case numbers to check online,the VO had taken our passports,DS-156/7 and the original petition (I-797).

1) how much time will this take. ?
2) what are the chances of getting the visa ?
3) if the visa is refused will we get back the petitions ?
4) in case of rejection can we re-appear again for the interview ?
5) what are the other options ?

---- The best option is wait it out. There is no definite period, but at the end you wil get your visa and other documents intact. If you get it sooner you are very lucky
