    You and your employer are involving in tax and immigration fraud. The right thing to do is to complain to DOL and get paid. That is the law.

    ---- You can wait till the H1 transfer takes place.However, if you are nearing 240 days or your I-94 is going to expire then think of filing for H4. later you cna do a COS to H1. In all the situations, it will take time and you have to keep fingers crossed till the process is complete

    I am not sure I understand the answer you provided. How can this person wait for the H1b transfer? Looks like she is already out of status without a pay. What/How does the 240 days come into picture here? The person is not even eligible for H1b portability.

    My employer sent a letter to USCIS for revoking my H1b as i was on bench for last 2 and a half months.Last week I got a full time offer where they are taking a lot of time to tranfer my h1b.My husband is also on h1b .Should I file for my h4 dependent visa?Will it affect my H1b transfer process?
