Hi,

Now iam on H4 visa. Now we r in India. Our visa will experied in Sept,2010. My wife on H1 but she dont have any projects. so her employer said to leave US, then she came immediately to India. But I stayed in US for 3 months after her return.Now iam in India from six months. I want to go US with out my wife for 2 or 3 months, Is possible to go? If it is possible then what documents i have to carry.Plz give me some information.

Yes you can. You need to apply for a B1 visa (Visitors). You cannot use your H4.
