H1B re-appeal

Hi All,

My wife applied for H1B from some company and the approval got denied and the employer said he will re-appeal it again (note: not the fresh application), in the mean time, my wife had to go india on emergency and she did..
now what are the options that i have,

and also would be great if you could answer these questions
1. what if the approval gets when she is in india?
2. What if the approval gets after when she is here, i mean after she returns to usa?

1. Enter US with new H1 visa using approval notice.
2. Change of Status from old status (guess it's H4) to H1.

Can she come on H4 here and then can change the status to H1, when the approval comes when she is in india.

Yes. That's what is mentioned in point #2.
