hi all,
My employer applied for my H!B renewal(Premiuim) in month of AUG 2009 and we got an RFE in September 2009.
After sending the documents for RFE, USCIS updated the status of H1B renewal as denied on OCT 2nd and stated that reason for denial would be posted in a mail in 15 days.
My H1B expired on Oct1 2009.
After going through various posts i came to know that my employer can apply for MTR. I have spoken to couple of attorneys and they are suggesting to apply for MTR and also reapply for a H1B renewal with same employer.
I work for a consulting firm and I have end client whom Im working for since last 5 months.
1) Can my employer apply a new H1b or will he be able to reapply for renewal
2)If so once my employer applies for a new H1 can I continue to work?
What are my chances of getting H1 renewed?
Im really tensed and worried about the options I have.
Can some one please help me. I really appreciate your help.
